Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging
- With all original tags and accessories included
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Get Confirmation
We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and address.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and ship it back. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes or colours of the same item. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return — just let us know in your email which size or colour you'd like instead.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will already be in processing and we may not be able to cancel it. Contact us immediately at obscuraeyewear@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
